DELIVERY

Payment Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will recieve the order confirmation via email
  • The payment confirmation will be received to you via SMS from your respective Bank account.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept return on products delivered in perfect and undamaged condition. The return & exchange policy will only take place under any of the below circumstances:-

  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.
  • If the product received is different from what ordered during checkout.

In a return policy; we will take care of the return shipping cost’s. (our mistake, we happily accept & take the blame)

RETURN PROCESS:

Due to COVID-19 circumstances, we are not allowed to accept any return made online or direct through our outlet, please make sure to order exactly what you need.

A refund policy is not applicable in this scenario.

If any other defect observed and not mentioned at the prior stage of sharing images will be considered for a NO RETURN POLICY.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours from the time of purchase; It can take place under any one of the below conditions:-

  • To request for a cash refund which will be done through the Original mode of payment only. In this case, the refund process will take upto 10-15 working days.
  • Bank Transfer transactions do not have a cancellation/refund policy.

Delivery Policy

General:

All orders placed are subject to product availability. If a purchased item in your order is not available, our team will notify you via the contact number/email provided at the earliest. Very rarely such cases happen though, but we will try our best to have it arranged.

Shipping charges for your order are non-refundable. The scheduled date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location & method of delivery.

UAE – Additional shipping charges for UAE (Extreme Remote area) may apply depending on your location. You will be notified via call/email for the minimal additional charges to pay for Remote areas prior to shipping.

Estimate delivery time for local shipping takes 23 working days.

NOTE: Any modification to the delivery address provided at a later stage might result in delayed shipment or even extra charges to be borne (by customer). This process might also result in a re-delivery charge.

INTERNATIONAL – Currently we are not shipping our goods internationally.
